Exhibit space sold in multiples of basic 10 ft. by 10 ft. unit. Corner spaces on the floor plan below cost more. A corner space is any space having an aisle on two sides of the space, and which thus has greater exposure to foot traffic in the hall. Depending on how a booth occupying multiple spaces is configured, the booth might have two or more corners. A separate additional charge applies to each corner.

Three (3) staff badges per exhibit space unit (Additional badges $175 each for Affiliate Members and $250 for non members each)

Hotel Information
There is no official source for making reservations at PLRB hotels for the Claims Conference other than those listed HERE. We have been told that a third-party company has been soliciting business. They are not related to our meeting. They do not represent the PLRB/LIRB or its membership. Often these parties require payment up-front and have severe cancellation penalties. The rate quoted by these companies may not include amenities negotiated by PLRB, including internet in guest rooms.
